The following represent Concord Village Services:

Emergency call	Residents find it comforting to know that each apartment has an intercom which brings emergency help promptly if needed.
Maintenance	On call 24 hours a day.
Paid Utilities	All utilities except telephone paid.
Planned Activities	Outings along with in-house activities are abundant.
Exercise Room	Residents can participate in exercise classes or use exercise equipment on their own.
Resident Workshop	Workbenches provide residents with space to pursue their hobbies.
Party Rooms and Recreational Facilities	Are available and can be reserved at no additional charge to the resident.
Satellite Television	Provided at no additional cost.
Laundry	Facilities are available throughout Concord Village without charge.
Storage Rooms	Additional storage space is available on the lower level.
Parking	An assigned parking space is available for each resident at no additional cost. Carport space is available for an additional charge.

Beauty/Barber Shop	Beautiful full service salon at Concord Village is available at an affordable cost.
Housekeeping	Housekeeping service is available upon request. This service is billed separately.
Meals	We serve two meals daily in the Concord Village Inn dining room. The "noon" meal is served from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The evening meal is served from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Meals are billed separately.
Grocery Shopping	Transportation provided weekly for your convenience for a small fee.
Catered Luncheons	Residents may arrange for a private luncheon catered by our Dietary Staff.
Footcare	A podiatrist comes once a month for footcare needs.
Guest Rooms	Residents may reserve a guest room for out of town visitors.
Carports	Your automobile can be protected from the elements by the use of a carport for a reasonable fee. Parking is also available at no cost.
