Concord Village provides one and two bedroom dwellings and studio apartments. The bedroom apartments include a full kitchen, living room, bathroom(s), and storage room(s). Kitchen appliances include a stove, refrigerator, and garbage disposal. Several units also include a dishwasher.

The studio apartment is ideal for one individual. Each unit contains a combination two-burner stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, and storage. Studio apartments have individually regulated heat and air. These apartments are one-room efficiency units with a bathroom and walk-in closet. They are very affordable.

Without the burdens of home maintenance Concord Village residents enjoy free time to pursue personal interests, participate in a variety of planned activities and outings, and enjoy the companionship of other Concord Village residents.

Concord Village staff cares for the lawn and building, keeps our facility "squeaky" clean, services appliances, and monitors your property while you are away. Housekeeping services are also available.
